Cancellation policy

Before dispatch or scheduling
Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item/service has been dispatched or scheduled, with no cancellation charge.

After dispatch or scheduling
Once an order has been scheduled or dispatched, cancellation requests may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative, transport, or supplier costs.

Late or same-day cancellations
Cancellations made on the day of delivery or after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund.

After delivery or fulfilment
No cancellations or refunds are available once the order has been delivered or fulfilled.

How to cancel

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
